As a policy we do not accept any returns or refunds. There are only few cases where we might consider return or refund requests:

  • If the product has been received in a damaged/unusable condition
  • If wrong product has been shipped to you by mistake

In both the above cases, the return/refund request should be raised to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Any complaints raised after the specified period of 24 hours will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
