As a policy we accept returns or refunds requests only in the following cases:
- If the product has been received in a damaged/unusable condition
- If wrong product has been shipped to you by mistake
In both the above cases, the return/refund request should be raised to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Any complaints raised after the specified period of 24 hours will not be accepted.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or credited to you by UPI or any wallet of your choice, within 7 days from approval.
