How to make Cardboard Bow and Arrow (Dhanush Baan)
Materials Required:
- Cardboard
- Fevicol
- Paper
- Acrylic paint
- Paint brush
- Rubber bands
Follow these simple DIY steps to make Cardboard Bow and Arrow:
Time needed: 25 minutes.

- Bow structure:
Firstly, take 3 cardboard pieces of bow shape as shown. Paste all three together with the help of fevicol.
- Base of bow:
Next, take 8 pieces of cardboard in the shape shown. Paste two pieces each on both the sides.
- Protecting layer:
Then cut few strips of paper. Paste them on the edges of the bow to make it clean.
- Bow:
After that, take a piece of paper and paste it in the middle of the bow. Paint rest of the part. You can also give detailing.
- Base of Arrow:
Take a rough paper and make a thin roll out of it. Make two rolls and insert it in one another to give it strength. Then, take two triangle pieces and paste the roll in between.
- Arrow:
Next, cover the triangle with paper. You can also give detailing and make as many as arrows you want.
- String:
You need few rubber bands. Tie them all together as shown.
- Working mechanism:
Repeat the previous step until you get same length as of your bow. Attach the two ends of the string with both the edges of bow.
- Bow and arrow:
Yay! Finally, your bow and arrow is ready.
